The platform is designed for mid-market SAP customers across industries such as manufacturing, pharma, and BFSI, providing enterprise-grade SAP security and compliance capabilities at a price point suited to this segment.
We are a founder-led company with a live product and an active customer pipeline. We are now hiring a Head of Sales to lead our commercial growth.
Role overview
The Head of Sales will own the end-to-end sales motion and be responsible for converting our existing pipeline into closed business while building a repeatable sales process. This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with the founders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial conversation to signed contract, with mid-market SAP customers in India and, as we expand, the UAE and Singapore
- Build and maintain relationships with SAP security, GRC, and IT decision-makers, including CISOs, Heads of GRC, and IT Directors
- Qualify and convert inbound interest and existing pipeline into pilots and paid engagements
- Develop and refine our sales process, including messaging, qualification criteria, and objection handling
- Collaborate with the founding team, who support product and technical discussions throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling SAP security, GRC, or enterprise software to mid-to-large organizations
- An established network of SAP customer relationships
- A proven track record of closing enterprise deals involving long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to engage credibly with security and compliance buyers on topics such as SAP risk, audit, and access
- Comfort working in an early-stage, founder-led environment with a high degree of autonomy
Preferred:
- Experience or relationships in the UAE or Singapore SAP markets
Compensation and structure
- Competitive base with performance-based commission
- Equity for full-time candidates
- Flexible engagement model: full-time or fractional, depending on fit
- Direct collaboration with the founding team and meaningful ownership of the sales function
